Youthful Yogis is our preschool yoga program. The program is built upon both yoga and movement principles to keep young children engaged and having fun while learning how to use their bodies. This program focuses on strengthening, stretching, breathing, body awareness, and an increased mind-body connection. Our main goal of this program is to provide an alternative to tuning out, which in this day and age, is typically characterized by attachment to various electronic devices. Perfect for 3 and up.
