If seeing your little one look adorable in a tutu weren’t enough reason to have your child in dance, studies show that dancing is great for the brain. Sure, we’ve always known the physical advantages of being a dancer, but studies also suggest it is wonderful for learning and intelligence as well.

Dancing and memorizing movements actually helps improve muscle memory. In addition, the same study has proven that dancers get less dizzy than non-dancers. Dancing actually helps balance, which in turn makes individuals less dizzy.
